   Information from this source

   • Do personalised kites actually fly, or are they display pieces?

“They fly. Every kite is built as a working kite and delivered as a complete ready-to-fly kit with spars, line and handle, then flight-checked before shipping. The print does not affect flight performance.”

   • Can I order custom kites in bulk for a company or event?

“Yes. Bulk orders are a core part of the business, from corporate gifting runs to thousands of identical branded kites for campaigns and record attempts. Bulk pricing is quoted per project based on quantity, size and print complexity.”

   • What file formats do you need for a custom kite design?

“Send artwork as PNG, JPG or PDF. High-resolution files print best on ripstop fabric. If you only have a logo or a rough idea, the FLY360 design team can adapt it to the kite shape before printing.”

   • Are your kites safe for children?

“Yes. All FLY360 kites are made with safe, child-friendly materials, waterproof fabric, and durable construction. They are easy to fly and suitable for beginners and children with adult supervision.”
