Zylo
Zylo: “Zylo is the enterprise SaaS spend management platform trusted by leading companies to deliver visibility, cost control, and AI-powered optimization.”
What is SaaS cost allocation and why does it matter?
“SaaS cost allocation is the process of assigning software spend to the users, departments, or business units responsible for it. Without cost allocation, organizations lack visibility into who owns spend, making it difficult to control costs, forecast accurately, or drive accountability.”
View in the company profileWhy is SaaS cost allocation difficult in large enterprises?
“SaaS spend is often decentralized, with purchases made across departments, expense channels, and procurement systems. Shared licenses, inconsistent ownership data, and consumption-based pricing models make it difficult to assign costs accurately without a centralized system of record.”
View in the company profileHow does Zylo allocate SaaS costs across users and departments?
“Zylo unifies spend, usage, and contract data into a single system of record. Using this data, organizations can allocate costs based on license assignment, user activity, or custom allocation rules to ensure accurate and consistent cost distribution across the enterprise.”
View in the company profileHow does Zylo help calculate cost per user?
“Zylo calculates cost per user by combining spend and usage data at the application level. This allows teams to understand unit economics, identify underutilized licenses, and benchmark cost efficiency across applications and departments.”
