     “Send the photos on WhatsApp along with the vehicle make, model and year. Our technical team identifies the part number and confirms fitment before quoting - usually the same working day.”

     “Stock items start from 2 pieces per part number, and mixed orders are welcome. For production items that are not in stock, MOQ is usually 100-300 pieces depending on the tooling involved.”

   • What is your sample policy?

     “Samples are charged at the listed unit price plus freight - every sample is picked, packed and shipped separately. We send photos of the actual sample before dispatch, and third-party inspection at our warehouse is welcome.”

   • Can you supply genuine and OEM parts as well as your own brand?

     “Yes. We supply Honda genuine-channel parts, OES-quality parts from tier-one suppliers, and our own VINBOX brand. Tell us the quality level and target price and we will quote the right option.”

     “Every radiator and condenser is helium leak tested, every compressor is bench-run for 30 minutes, and each batch ships with an inspection report and photos of the packing.”

     “Yes. We produce custom boxes, labels, instruction sheets and barcodes, and can also do Amazon FBA labelling and poly-bagging.”
