View in the company profileHow do AI-moderated interviews compare to human-moderated interviews?
“User Intuition's AI moderator runs the same 5–7 level laddering a senior human moderator uses, on every interview, without the drift between moderators. Participants rate the experience highly: 98% rate their interview satisfied or very satisfied, and they report less social pressure with an AI moderator than with a human one, so they share more openly.”
View in the company profileWon't AI-moderated interviews produce shallow answers?
“User Intuition hasn't found shallow answers across the 30,000+ quality interviews run on the platform. The AI uses the same laddering technique a senior qualitative consultant uses — five to seven probes deep on the reasoning behind any answer.”
