CallTuv: “CallTuv lets you make cheap international calls to landlines and mobile numbers in 200+ countries from your web browser or mobile app. No SIM, no subscription required, no hidden fees.”

    • Does it matter which country I'm calling from?

“No. Calls travel over the internet, so rates and quality depend on where you're calling to, not from. Calling Germany costs the same from Tel Aviv, London, or Tokyo.”

    • Can I call China?

“Unfortunately calls to mainland China aren't supported right now, because of the sanctions rules and telecom regulations a licensed voice carrier has to follow. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are all available. Calling from China to other countries works normally. The full picture of which destinations are and are not available is in Which Countries You Can Call.”
