      “PDF, Word (DOCX, DOCM), Excel (XLSX, XLSM, XLS), PowerPoint (PPTX, PPTM), CSV, text and Markdown, plus AutoCAD (DWG, DXF) and Power BI (PBIX, PBIT). Knowledge base uploads go up to 100 MB per file, so full tender packs and large scanned drawing sets are fine. Chat attachments have smaller per-format limits, and anything larger belongs in a knowledge base.”
