SubJolt
SubJolt: “SubJolt builds no-code retention tools for subscription businesses - custom cancel flows, on-click reactivation, and churn analytics that integrate with Stripe, Shopify, Chargebee, Recharge, and Recurly.”
How does SubJolt identify churned subscribers visiting my site?
“SubJolt matches site visitors against your gateway's customer records using their customer ID, email, or subscription ID. When a former subscriber lands on your site, SubJolt recognizes them and triggers the reactivation banner. The matching happens securely through your snippet, with no third-party cookies involved.”
View in the company profileWhat types of win-back offers work best for reactivation?
“A time-limited discount on the first month back (the example above uses 25%) gives a lapsed subscriber a reason to decide now rather than later, which is what an open-ended offer rarely does. Plan downgrades also convert well for customers who left over price.”
View in the company profileCan churned customers reactivate without re-entering payment details?
“That's the whole point. SubJolt uses the customer's stored payment method in your gateway to restart their subscription with a single click. The reactivation and any win-back discount are applied through your gateway's API in one step.”
