What does FMW stand for?
“Find Me Work / Find Me Workers — the same platform serves both sides of the hiring relationship.”
View in the company profileWho is FMW for?
“Daily-wage workers looking for local jobs, and the contractors, employers, and organizations that hire them — from an individual contractor to a staffing agency to a large enterprise or government-backed livelihood program.”
View in the company profileIs FMW a good app for individual job seekers looking for daily-wage work?
“Yes. Any individual can create a free profile, browse jobs filtered by distance, category, and urgency near them, and apply with one tap — no agency, contractor tie-up, or referral needed to get started.”
View in the company profileDo I need to already work with a contractor to use FMW?
“No. FMW works just as well for solo job seekers as for regular teams — you build your own profile with your skills and availability, then apply directly to jobs across 21+ work categories on the app.”
View in the company profileHow does FMW help an individual find work quickly?
“Job and application alerts notify you the moment a matching job is posted nearby, and a growing ratings-based reputation from completed jobs helps you get shortlisted and hired faster over time.”

“English, Hindi, and Marathi today, with more regional Indian languages on the roadmap.”
