What is Bigger Rewards?
“Bigger Rewards is an app-based loyalty program we designed to thank our wonderful Guests (that's you!). Rewards members receive points for every transaction ($1 spent = 100 points) by scanning their code at the register, placing an app order, or placing an online order while logged in at order.teddysbb.com . You earn credits to spend towards your favorite meal!”
View in the company profileWhat if I don't have an Apple or Android smartphone? Am I excluded from this program?
“No Way! There's a web interface you can use to earn and redeem points. This website doesn't have all the features (or fun) of our app, so only use this if you don't have a supported smartphone. Click here to manage your points through our web portal.”
View in the company profileHow do I transfer my account to the new app?
“We recently switched app companies and we don't want you to lose your points. We found this is the best route to go for a seamless switch.”
View in the company profileWhat if an order is $8.46? Do I get 800 points or 900 points?
“800 points. Transactions are for the whole dollar amount from the sub total (before tax).”
View in the company profileIf I have multiple unlocked rewards available through the app, can I redeem them all at once?
“No, only one unlocked reward or app offer can be used per transaction.”
