“No. It includes one scheduled annual treatment plus no-charge visits for covered pest concerns between services. It provides the same coverage as Quarterly Protection with a different scheduled service frequency.”
View in the company profileWhen does termite protection begin?
“Termite protection under the home protection programs begins after your home passes the qualifying April–September inspection. Annual Termite Renewal includes an annual warm-season inspection and treatment warranty after your home passes the qualifying inspection.”

“Termite treatment protection and damage repairs are separate. If repairs are needed, ATC can refer the work to ATC Home Pros.”

“The applicable programs provide 50% off bed bug services under their terms. The benefit is a discount on qualifying service, rather than a promise of treatment at no charge.”
