“From CHF 500 net goods value, delivery is free. Below that we charge CHF 14.90; if the net goods value is below CHF 50, a small-invoice surcharge of CHF 10 is added (GTC clause 19).”

“For orders in the eShop we charge a flat rate. It depends on the delivery country, which belongs to one of three shipping zones, and on the order value.”

“We ship from Ostermundigen and handle import customs clearance (DDP). For Germany you receive a domestic delivery with a EUR invoice including German VAT; for this we need the EORI number of the invoice recipient.”

“Yes. For all other countries, including Malta and Cyprus, the minimum order value is EUR or CHF 350; delivery and terms are agreed individually (GTC clause 22).”
