What types of audits can I manage with the osapiens HUB?
“You can manage supplier audits, supplier evaluations, internal quality and compliance audits, farm and group audits, external quality audits, and certification processes on the same platform. Checklists, workflows, roles, scoring systems, and reporting outputs can be configured for the requirements of each audit type.”
在公司资料中查看Is the platform tied to specific audit standards?
“No. The checklist designer and workflow builder is standard-agnostic and can be configured around external standards, customer protocols, internal policies, or company-specific quality processes. You can define templates, question types, conditions, validations, scoring rules, and evidence requirements for each use case.”
在公司资料中查看Can auditors conduct complete audits offline?
“Yes. Auditors can use the mobile app to complete checklists, capture findings, add photos and evidence, and document audits without an active internet connection. The data is stored locally and synchronized automatically once the device reconnects.”
在公司资料中查看How are findings and corrective actions managed?
“Every finding can be converted into a tracked corrective action with a responsible owner, deadline, evidence requirement, and defined approval process. Automated notifications, reminders, and escalations help ensure that actions do not remain open unnoticed.”
