transformind GmbH
transformind GmbH: “Boutique consultancy for organisational transformation, strategy development and executive coaching, based in Kilchberg, Zurich. Every mandate is led by the founder from the diagnosis to the close, complemented where needed by selected specialists from the network. The work is built on Ambiflow, a proprietary diagnostic and steering framework.”
What sets transformind apart?
“Every engagement is led personally by Bernhard Nitz, without junior teams and without subcontracting. The Ambiflow diagnostic model makes systemic blockages visible before interventions are decided.”
