Zeko AI: “Zeko AI is an enterprise workforce intelligence platform that helps organizations make better talent decisions through adaptive capability intelligence.”
What is Zeko AI and how is it different from a standard AI screening tool?
“Zeko AI is a capability intelligence platform. Avya runs adaptive assessments across two layers—universal behavioral competencies and role-specific functional depth. The result is a verified capability report, not just a score. It is built for enterprise talent decisions, not resume filtering.”
在公司资料中查看Will AI-led assessments feel impersonal to candidates? Will they drop out?
“The data says otherwise. 75–80% of evaluated candidates, including those not selected, rated their Avya interview 4 or 5 out of 5. Avya listens, adapts, and follows answers in real time. Candidates do not drop off because it does not feel like a bot.”
在公司资料中查看Is Zeko AI a replacement for our TA team or hiring managers?
“No. Avya handles structured evaluation so your TA team can focus on relationships, offers, and candidate experience. Hiring managers receive better shortlists with verified data and can make faster, more confident decisions.”
在公司资料中查看Can hiring managers configure what Avya focuses on for their specific role?
“Yes. Hiring managers can customize more than 10 parameters including difficulty, topic depth, questioning style, number of questions, interview duration, and evaluation methodology.”
