How resistant are the metal surfaces to cleaning agents and daily use?
“DECO PRIME® surfaces for appliances are specially developed for everyday use. The scratch-resistant variants show excellent resistance to household cleaners and mechanical stress. They achieve high abrasion resistance values in laboratory tests according to DIN standards. The surface coating permanently protects the underlying metal from corrosion while retaining its high-quality appearance.”
在公司资料中查看How can the metal surfaces be integrated into our existing production processes?
“The surfaces are optimized for industrial processing and can be easily integrated into existing production processes. As pre-treated, ready-to-install materials, they can be processed directly – whether by punching, forming or in combination with plastics. For back injection molding with plastics or co-extrusion, we offer special primer systems that guarantee optimum adhesion.”
在公司资料中查看What effect do the metal surfaces have on the weight and thermal conductivity of products?
“With material thicknesses from 0.1 mm, our aluminium surfaces contribute only minimally to the overall weight of your products.”
在公司资料中查看What design options do the surfaces offer in terms of color and texture?
“Our portfolio offers an extraordinary variety of designs: from high-gloss mirror surfaces to fine brushing, from natural aluminium to colored anodized surfaces in gold, copper, blue or black tones. The glazed coloring always retains the metallic character. This variety allows you to develop an unmistakable design language for your product lines.”
