Diligeo
Diligeo: “Acquisition target scouting and data room review for SME buyers, acquiring companies and funds.”
How is this different from a company database?
“A database returns thousands of results, often with a score and modelled figures when accounts are confidential. Diligeo gives you only the companies that fit your thesis, each with its written, dated and sourced reason. An unpublished figure is flagged, never estimated.”
在公司資料中查看And from an agency or an advisory firm?
“An agency approaches owners under its own brand and is often paid on success. With Diligeo, the approach is made in your name, you review it before it is sent, and you pay a flat fee, with no commission on the acquisition.”
在公司資料中查看And from business-for-sale marketplaces?
“A marketplace only shows the sales their owners chose to advertise; scouting keeps every company in your scope, for sale or not.”
在公司資料中查看How does the approach to owners work?
“You start from a template message and adapt it in your own words. Diligeo personalizes it for each owner and submits it to you before sending, with the quote.”
在公司資料中查看Where does the information come from?
“Public registers, legal notices, filed accounts, business-for-sale listings and company websites. Every piece of information carries its source.”
在公司資料中查看Who can see my file?
“The people you give the link and the password to, and only them.”
