How do Chowly's customer surveys work?
“Every completed order triggers an automatic text survey — simple, fast, and on the customer's phone within minutes of their meal. No app download or email required.”
在公司資料中查看How do surveys turn into Google reviews?
“Happy customers get thanked and guided straight to your Google Business Profile to leave a review — one tap while the experience is fresh.”
在公司資料中查看What happens when a customer had a bad experience?
“They're routed to a private channel instead of Google, giving you a chance to make it right before the negative experience becomes a public 1-star review.”
在公司資料中查看Why does review velocity matter?
“Google rewards businesses that get steady, recent reviews. The Review Agent creates a consistent stream of positive reviews that keeps your profile climbing in local rankings.”
在公司資料中查看Can survey feedback improve my operations?
“Yes. Negative responses get logged so you can spot patterns — the same dish getting complaints, or a shift consistently rated lower. Survey data becomes an operational tool.”
在公司資料中查看Does the Review Agent work with other Chowly agents?
“It pairs with the GBP Agent: one drives review velocity up while the other monitors it against competitors. Together they create a flywheel — more reviews, higher ranking, more visibility, more orders.”
