Switchboard
Switchboard: “Switchboard maps how your business runs today, then rebuilds it with the AI agents, workflows, and software you've always wanted.”
What if the handbook doesn’t cover it?
“It says so and hands the question to your HR partner, who can add the answer to the handbook for next time.”
在公司資料中查看Can people see each other’s information?
“No. It answers from the asker’s own record only, under the access rules you already set.”
在公司資料中查看How do you measure it?
“Before any work starts, we measure where you are today. For this agent it’s the share of questions answered without waiting on HR. We measure it before we start and again at day 30, so you can see what changed.”
