What's the difference between your WhatsApp agent and Meta's?
“With our agent you decide what it may say and when it hands over. Meta's agent you switch on yourself in the Business app, and it learns from your website and catalogue.”

“Yes, at any time. Reply yourself from your phone and the agent pauses that conversation. Four hours by default, but you set that yourself. When the agent isn't sure, it says a colleague will take over and goes quiet. Topics you'd rather handle yourself go into its rules.”
在公司資料中查看Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app next to the agent?
“Yes, that's the whole idea. You connect the number you already use in the Business app, and you keep using that app as usual. The agent answers through the API on the same number. Send a message yourself from your phone and the agent stays quiet in that conversation for a few hours.”
