What is a cloud PBX?
“It is a business phone system delivered over your internet connection instead of a box in a cupboard. You keep extensions, transfers, call routing and IVR menus, but the system is configured and managed centrally.”
在公司資料中查看Do we need to buy desk phones?
“Not necessarily — zero-hardware deployment is an option. Staff can take their office extension on a mobile or laptop using a softphone, configured centrally.”
在公司資料中查看Will call quality hold up on our connection?
“That is a network configuration question. We configure QoS so voice traffic is prioritised over ordinary data on your network.”
在公司資料中查看Can it connect to our CRM?
“Yes, the platform is CRM-integration ready.”
