Alpha Sealed WA is an Australian waterproofing service company.
What leads to leaks in showers?
“The primary reason for leakage in showers or balconies is the aging and breakdown of grout or silicone sealants. Such deterioration is commonly a result of slight structural adjustments or settling occurring within the key boundary joints of the shower enclosure or balcony.”

“Generally, it’s not required. The culprits behind leaks in showers or balconies are usually not the tiles themselves, but the grout and silicone joints. At AlphaSealed WA, we have the expertise to carefully extract the grout and silicone from these joints and replace them with our specialised epoxy grout products, targeting the actual source of the problem.”
