Invaders Inc.
株式会社インベーダーズ: “INVADERS Inc. (株式会社インベーダーズ) helps companies and local governments build and run thriving communities. Using Discord, the metaverse and real-world events as tools, we support everything from community design to day-to-day operation, events and casting (SocialNOBA). We also run LocalLab (regional revitalization / Local DX) and Invaders Publishing.”
Do you work with clients outside Japan?
“Our delivery is centred on Japan, and most projects involve Japanese-speaking participants. We do accept inquiries in English and have worked on projects with international participation. Please contact us to discuss what is feasible.”
View in the company profileCan you take on only part of a project?
“Yes. We are frequently engaged for a single part of a project, such as staffing on the day, Discord server design, or connecting a physical venue to a metaverse venue.”
View in the company profileWhat does community operation support actually include?
“Channel and role design, onboarding flows, guidelines, moderation structures, recurring events, engagement metrics and the day-to-day work of responding to members. We call it accompaniment rather than outsourcing, because the community has to remain the client's own.”
View in the company profileHow much does it cost?
“It depends on the scale, duration and scope of support, so we quote after hearing the details. If you have a fixed budget ceiling, we will propose what is achievable within it. Hearings and proposals are free of charge.”
