FutureSource
FutureSource: “FutureSource sets up AI voice, chat and text agents that answer every call and book the job, FutureSource CRM for automatic follow-up, and the websites, SEO & GEO and paid ads that bring customers in — for small businesses across Canada and the United States, in English and French, from a bilingual team in Montreal.”
How does the AI assistant work for a shop?
“It answers customer questions in a friendly voice or chat — hours, what is in stock, sizes, gift cards, returns — holds an item for pickup and captures enquiries after hours. It answers only from what you give it: your hours, your policies and the stock list you keep up to date.”
View in the company profileDoes it know what I have in stock?
“It knows what you tell it. Most shops share a simple list — the items and sizes on the floor this week — or connect their point of sale, and the assistant answers from that. When it is not sure, it says so and offers a call-back rather than guessing.”

“No lock-in contracts. Straight, transparent pricing — you’ll know exactly what you pay before you start.”
