“If you have entered the wrong password or OTP 3 times consecutively, your account will be locked for 30 minutes for security. To unlock your account, try re-setting your password. You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password in the login page or reattempt after 30 minutes”

“If you have forgotten your password, you can click on Forgot Password in Login Page to reset it. To begin, you will have to enter your PAN and then authenticate by OTP to set your new password.Tips: Make sure you set a strong password of minimum 10 characters, with atleast 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character.”
