How do I sign up for a membership?
“Choose your preferred CFX location and membership option online. You’ll then be securely redirected to our billing partner, ABC Fitness, to complete your enrollment.”

“CFX offers Friends & Family Add-On memberships instead of a traditional family plan. Members can add up to five friends or family members to their account. Regular and All Access add-ons start at $8 biweekly, while Performance add-ons are $12.50 biweekly. Add-ons have no commitment or annual service fee and can be purchased during staffed hours.”

“Regular and All Access memberships include a $49.99 annual service fee. The first annual fee is billed 45 days after enrollment and is charged annually after that. Performance Membership does not have an annual fee.”

“Minors may become CFX members with parental or legal guardian consent. A parent or guardian must be responsible for the membership agreement and valid billing information, or the minor may be added under a qualifying add-on membership.”
