Asiri Compliance
Asiri: “Asiri by ASIRI Compliance Ltd is an everyday compliance platform for African businesses and their authorised professionals, with native support for Nigerian law. It is designed to connect company programmes, controls, evidence, risks, privacy operations and audit work, with people responsible for review and approval.”
Is Asiri only for NDPA compliance?
“No. Asiri connects company programmes, requirements, controls, evidence, risks and audits. NDPA has a dedicated collection workflow, while framework references and other programme content have their own support levels.”
View in the company profileCan we run our own internal audits?
“The internal audit workspace supports scope, ownership, timing, tests, results, findings and corrective-action review. It is separate from a DPCO’s regulated filing and professional opinion.”
View in the company profileDo framework references include a complete standard?
“No. A catalogue reference is not a complete licensed standards corpus or proof of active workflow availability. Check the support label, recorded scope and authorised requirement content in your workspace. Company-authored requirements and external certification remain distinct.”
View in the company profileDo we need a professional before using Asiri?
“Companies can use their own workspace and organise internal work. Invite a professional when specialist support or independent review is needed. Regulated work still requires the appropriate role and authority; client access is explicitly approved.”
View in the company profileDoes the NDPA apply to my company if we are small?
“Almost certainly, yes. The Act applies to anyone processing personal data in Nigeria, with no minimum size.”
View in the company profileWhat decides my tier?
“Three ways in, and you only need one: two hundred data subjects in six months, membership of any of thirteen listed sectors, or selling commercial ICT services. Any single one makes you a controller of major importance.”
