Prozo
Prozo: “India's integrated 3PL/4PL supply chain platform — warehousing, fulfilment, freight, and proprietary technology serving 150+ brands across 50+ warehouses.”
What types of repackaging does Prozo handle within the warehouse?
“Prozo handles promotional repackaging (combo offers, gift-with-purchase, festival packs), seasonal repackaging (holiday-themed packaging, limited-edition wraps), retailer-specific repackaging (display-ready packaging for modern trade, Amazon Prep requirements), bundle creation, shrink wrapping, MRP re-stickering, and multi-pack assembly. All activities are managed within ProWMS as work orders with barcode-verified inputs and outputs.”
在公司资料中查看How does in-warehouse repackaging reduce costs compared to outsourcing?
“External repackaging requires inventory to be shipped to a third-party facility and shipped back - incurring double freight, handling charges, and 3-7 days of lead time. Prozo's in-warehouse repackaging eliminates both the freight and the time lag.”
在公司资料中查看How does ProWMS track repackaged inventory?
“ProWMS creates a work order for each repackaging job that specifies input SKUs, output SKUs, packaging materials, and quantities. When the repackaging is complete, the output SKU is barcode-scanned and added to saleable inventory with a new barcode, updated MRP (if applicable), and correct batch/lot details.”
在公司资料中查看How does Prozo handle MRP re-stickering for price changes?
“MRP re-stickering is managed as a VAS work order in ProWMS. The system picks affected inventory from storage, moves it to the labeling station, and operators apply new MRP stickers per the brand's specification - covering or removing the old sticker as required.”
