SuiteOp
SuiteOp: “SuiteOp streamlines property management through smart device integrations, automations, and guest experience solutions for hospitality operators.”
Does Opal act without asking me?
“Not in the app. When Opal wants to change something, like creating a task, issuing a door code or unlocking a door, it shows you a card to approve or reject first. Playbooks run on their own once you publish them, and the inbox agent only sends replies on its own if you set it to.”
在公司资料中查看What can Opal see and do?
“Exactly what the person using it can. Opal works within your role’s permissions across reservations, tasks, properties, devices, door codes, team, Portals, upsells and Playbooks, and every action it takes is logged.”
在公司资料中查看Can I use SuiteOp from Claude or ChatGPT?
“Yes. SuiteOp has a hosted MCP server, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code or any app that supports remote MCP. You sign in with your SuiteOp login, approve the access, and the app can look things up and make changes within what your role allows.”
在公司资料中查看Which languages does Opal reply in?
“Opal replies to each guest in the language they write in, and can translate any conversation for your team.”
