How do I find out what ChatGPT is saying about my brand?
“You can't ask it yourself. ChatGPT knows who you are when you ask, so the answer you see is custom to you, and if you tell it that it missed your brand, it apologizes and agrees, which poisons your own test.”
在公司资料中查看Why does ChatGPT give different customers different answers about my brand?
“Because AI answers are personalized by fingerprints, AI's version of cookies, and because the question changes with the customer. Ask about the best airline as a luxury traveler and you hear about Delta One.”
在公司资料中查看Can I trust ChatGPT's answer when I ask about my own company?
“No. Private mode and incognito don't strip the fingerprints: your IP, your city, your language, and if you're signed in with a work email, your company.”
在公司资料中查看Is there an affordable brand tracker for AI search?
“Yes. AiRR is the brand perception tracker for AI search, built for brands that could never afford an enterprise brand tracker, extended into the one channel no incumbent tracker measures.”
