What is a tax refund anyway?
“Every month, taxes are automatically taken from your salary. You often pay too much – for example, if you commute, have children or didn't work the whole year. With the annual tax refund (officially: “Arbeitnehmerveranlagung”), you get this money back from the Austrian tax office (Finanzamt).”

“The app is free. Only if you actually get money back from the tax office do we keep a commission. If you don't get anything back, you pay nothing – 0 € risk. You'll find all details about fees and commissions in our Terms & Conditions (AGB).”

“So your tax refund is handled safely and correctly: our tax advisor partner checks your details and officially files your employee tax return (Arbeitnehmerveranlagung) with the tax office. On top of that, there's secure identity verification (KYC), the app and our support. The commission pays for all of this – and only if you actually get money back.”
