What do we use water for?

“If stored properly in 3- or 5-liter containers, water can remain stored for about two years. Smaller containers of 1 to 2.5 liters are made of thinner plastic and can be stored for about six months. They cannot be stored longer because they are very susceptible to odor penetration.”
