What is DirectBiller, and what kinds of companies are a best fit?
“DirectBiller is a modern suite of billing, invoicing, self-service, account management and payment operations, all built in and available on day one. It gives your billing team full visibility and control over all payment activity, including invoices, balances, aging, and future payments.”
在公司资料中查看We already have a billing and payments provider. Why would we switch to DirectBiller?
“We find that 85% of our new customers come from legacy platforms that have stopped keeping pace: Rigid setups and cookie-cutter features didn't fit their business.”
在公司资料中查看How much control do we have over the user experience?
“Complete control. It's your brand and your rules, running on our platform.”
在公司资料中查看Can DirectBiller integrate with our existing ERP, CIS, or accounting software?
“Yes. DirectBiller is built to sit alongside your existing infrastructure. It accepts simple, flexible bill file formats (XML, CSV, XLS) and delivers automated reconciliation files designed to post cleanly back into your accounting or ERP system. We've even had customers complete a DirectBiller switch in the middle of an ERP migration without delaying either project.”
在公司资料中查看Do I need to replace my payment processor to use DirectBiller?
“No. DirectBiller comes with fully integrated, out-of-the-box payment processing, but it's flexible enough to work with your existing processor if that's what you'd rather do. You're not locked into an all-or-nothing switch.”
