Arcscribe: website

Arcscribe Ltd: “Arcscribe Ltd makes AI products and custom software for UK businesses, including Arcscribe Receptionist, an AI receptionist for trades. Based at 18 Colegate, Norwich, working UK-wide.”

• What does Arcscribe make?

“Two things. Ready-made AI products for UK small businesses, starting with Arcscribe Receptionist, an AI receptionist for trades. And custom software: web applications, internal tools and systems built around how a business works. We still build websites and apps, and look after hosting and IT support, for the clients who need them.”

• Who is Receptionist for?

“Tradespeople and small trade firms across the UK who can't always get to the phone: plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners and more. When you can't answer, it picks up, says it's an AI, takes the details and pencils in the job for you to confirm.”

• Do you build custom software?

“Yes. We build web applications, internal tools and systems that replace off-the-shelf software a business has outgrown, with AI built in where it genuinely helps. You own the code when it's done.”
