User Intuition
User Intuition: “User Intuition is an AI-moderated interview platform that gives research teams and agencies the depth of a senior researcher at the scale of a survey, with vetted respondents, their own methodology and evidence they can trace to the verbatim.”
Should I use NPS or CSAT for my business?
“It depends on what you're measuring. Use NPS for quarterly relationship-level tracking and board reporting. Use CSAT for transactional feedback on specific interactions like support tickets, onboarding calls, or feature releases. Most mature CX programs use both at different touchpoints rather than choosing one over the other.”
在公司資料中查看Can I use NPS and CSAT together without causing survey fatigue?
“Yes, if you separate them by purpose and timing. Run NPS quarterly as a relationship pulse. Deploy CSAT immediately after specific interactions. Customers won't feel over-surveyed because the surveys arrive at different moments for different reasons. The risk of fatigue comes from redundancy, not frequency.”
在公司資料中查看What is a good NPS score?
“NPS ranges from -100 to +100. Above 0 means you have more promoters than detractors.”
在公司資料中查看What are the biggest limitations of relying solely on survey metrics?
“Three limitations stand out. First, low response rates mean you're hearing from a biased sample — typically the very happy and the very unhappy.”
