Is per-kilo laundry cheaper than paying a flat price per bag?
“It depends on how full and how heavy the bag is. With per-kilo pricing you pay only for the weight you actually hand over, so there is no paying for empty space in a bag.”

“Per-kilo wash and fold is €6.99/kg for 1–10 kg, €6.79/kg for 11–20 kg, and €6.49/kg for 21–30 kg. The more you send, the lower the per-kilo rate. Free pickup and delivery is included on orders from €49.50.”
在公司資料中查看Is there a minimum order for per-kilo laundry?
“There is no minimum weight, but each pickup has a €49.50 minimum order. Wash & fold and dry-cleaning items can be combined in one order to reach it. Pickup and delivery are included throughout our service area.”
在公司資料中查看What counts toward the weight?
“Weight is measured on the dry items you send in — clothing, bed linen and towels. We do not pad the weight; you pay only for what is actually washed.”
