     “Our products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher to purchase.”

   • How do I know the product is what it says it is?

     “Every batch is analyzed by an independent, third-party U.S. laboratory, using HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry, with endotoxin and sterility screening. The COA for each lot is published on our Lab Reports page.”

   • What purity should I expect?

     “Batches are released at high purity (typically greater than 99% by HPLC). The exact figure for your lot is on its COA and the product’s Specifications tab.”

   • What is the shelf life of unopened vials?

     “Each lot lists a best-by date on its COA. Stored as directed (frozen, lyophilized), peptides are typically stable 12–24 months. Actual stability depends on the compound and storage.”
