RecView
RecView: “AI meeting assistant for recruitment agencies. Captures mobile calls, video interviews and in-person meetings; writes structured notes and syncs to ATS platforms.”
Can I bring my own competency framework?
“Yes. Every agency can define its own framework — ownership, commercial, technical depth, cultural fit, whatever your clients score on. You can also clone a client's framework into RecView so every candidate shortlisted for them is scored their way.”
在公司資料中查看Does the candidate need to know they're being scored?
“Disclosure is the same as for any recorded interview — RecView is visible in the call, and you can add a line to your interview agreement explaining that scoring and highlight reels are used as part of shortlist presentation.”
在公司資料中查看Can I edit the highlight reel before sending?
“Yes. RecView suggests three to five moments; you can add more, drop any, trim in or out, or replace the voiceover before the client share link is generated.”
在公司資料中查看Is it fair to candidates?
“The scorecard is evidence-based — every score has the verbatim quote attached. You can override any score, and the system flags when evidence is thin. Highlight reels can't be used as the sole basis for a hiring decision; they support your shortlist, they don't replace it.”
