• How do I pick my marketplaces?

“You choose — especially useful if you already have direct agreements with certain retailers. Every new marketplace Shrpa activates, we ask you first before listing your products.”

• What do I find on my client dashboard?

“Everything you need to steer without chasing information. A clean database of all your sales across every marketplace. A clear summary of all your financial flows. Real-time stock levels, down to the unit. And your billing requests: you drop your invoices in, they're paid automatically via Qonto.”

• What am I committing to?

“Nothing long-term: there's no commitment, just a 3-month notice period to cancel. Setup is still on us. No strings attached: we're here to help you grow, nothing more.”

• Do you mark up shipping?

“No. Passed through at cost, with the carrier invoice as proof. As a bonus, you save on the B2C pickup — which isn't cheap without the volumes.”
