IMA Worldwide's AI Readiness Pulse Check scores six dimensions of individual AI adoption readiness: Information, Willingness, Ability, Confidence, Control, and Feedback. It is a short version of the AIM Individual Readiness Assessment.”

    • What does the AI Readiness Pulse Check measure?

      “It measures individual readiness to adopt AI across six dimensions: Information, knowing what is changing and why; Willingness, readiness to adopt despite disruption; Ability, capability to do AI-augmented work; Confidence, trust in using AI; Control, a sense of agency over the change; and Feedback, whether reinforcement and support are present. Fifteen questions produce a score for each dimension.”
